Matthew E. Kahn is a Provost Professor of Economics at the University of Southern California. He is a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research and a research fellow at IZA. He is a Senior Fellow at the Schaeffer Center for Health Policy and Economics at USC, and a Visiting Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University.
