Chris Dann is a PhD candidate at Stanford University. He is a graduate fellow with Stanford’s ‘Poverty, Governance and Violence Lab’. He was previously a pre-doctoral fellow for Professor Tim Besley at the London School of Economics (LSE). His main research interest lies in the political economy of large-scale infrastructure investments and what are the implications of service delivery for building the social contract.
